My bubbly Betty (aka sourdough starter)

A friend gifted me sourdough starter. Upon learning that people name their starters ours became Betty. Betty makes sourdough granola bars every week, along with pancakes, chocolate chips cookies, and cheesy crackers. The list of goodies continues to grow despite the fact she's never made a traditional sourdough loaf. She did however succeed with this sandwich bread (Melissa gives excellent advice on how to roll out your loaf and cook it in a cast iron loaf pan), these cinnamon rolls, and these perfectly gorgeous dinner rolls.
