I had no idea how much I loved peaches until I made them into jam and ice cream last year. I was thrilled to learn that when using Pomona's pectin you can, in fact, double your recipe and the gel will still set. Peach jam and apple pie filling are two sweets I enjoy having stocked in large quantity for the pantry. We use honey to sweeten the recipes and they have been a hit anytime they are shared.
